How to Place an Order

To place an order:

Add the items to your shopping cart.

You can complete your order through our website or via PayPal.

If you wish to pay through our website, click the green "Complete Purchase" button on the right side of the screen.

If you prefer to pay with PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our customer information page, where you will be prompted to enter the following details:
   - Email address
   - Name
   - Address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Then, click "Apply" to calculate the discount and apply it to your order.

Next, click "Continue to shipping method". Ensure you have correctly entered the delivery address (if it is different from your billing address). Then, click "Continue to payment method".

Enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate if the shipping address matches the billing address, if applicable.

After completing the form, click "Complete Order". You will be directed to an order summary page with an on-screen confirmation, and you will also receive a second confirmation email.

What happens if my order is missing items or incorrect products were shipped when I receive it?

If items are missing or you received incorrect products, contact us at service@dotmylife.com. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us proof (the image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will be happy to send you the correct item free of charge and will not ask you to return the incorrect item. You can keep it as a gift from us!

How do I know if my order has been shipped correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details of your purchase.

I want to modify the items in my order. What should I do?

You can make changes to your order until 23:00 (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day. You can contact us at service@dotmylife.com to request a change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:

Navigate to the desired item's page and select your preferences.

Clicking "Add to Cart" will direct you to your cart page.

Enter the desired quantity of the item in the "Quantity" field next to the item's image.

After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.

How do I view the contents of my cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website. Clicking this icon allows you to easily modify the desired quantity of each item in your cart by updating the indicated quantity. You can also remove items by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click the cart icon in the top right corner. This will display all items in your cart. Once you have selected the item you wish to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be automatically removed, and the page will refresh to show your changes.

How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?

First, click the cart icon in the top right corner. This will display all items in your cart along with the quantities you have selected. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field and enter the desired quantity. The quantity and associated amount (if applicable) will automatically update and display the correct amount for the quantity and costs on the right side of your screen.

How do I pay with PayPal?

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code, click the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen during the checkout process, enter the code, and then click "Apply" for the discount to be calculated and applied to your order.
