Terms of Purchase  
These Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchase of products and services available through dotmylife.com (the "Company's Pages" or "Websites"). Your use of the Company's Pages and these Terms are further subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY'S WEBSITES. By purchasing or using products or services through the Company's Websites, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, including, among others, the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver described in the "Dispute Resolution" section later.

General Provisions  
These Terms of Purchase have been signed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms. You declare that (1) you are at least 18 years old, (2) you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, and (3) you are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws, regulations, or provisions.

You agree to acquire and use the products and services available through the Company's Websites in strict compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, regulations, and provisions (collectively, "Laws"). You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws related to your purchase, including all applicable Laws of the country to which the products are shipped. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

PRIVACY POLICY  
You can find a copy of the Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal data by the Company at [link not provided]. You agree that all personal data we receive about you (whether through the Company's Websites, by email, phone, or otherwise) will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Websites after changes to the Privacy Policy will be considered acceptance of the changes.

PURCHASES  
Order Processing  
The Company may decide, at its sole discretion, not to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, if the product or service you want is unavailable or was incorrectly labeled, if we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances the Company deems appropriate. The Company also reserves the right to take action, at its discretion, to verify your identity in order to process your order. For orders we do not process or cancel, the Company will not charge you or will refund the charges. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, special offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information, without obligation to notify such changes (even after an order has been placed, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions  
The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on its Websites. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of the descriptions. If a product or service offered on the Company's Pages does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.

The Company's Pages may offer a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view product price information and add it to your cart without having to open the product page. The quick view and "Add to Cart" function are for your convenience only. On the product page, you will find more detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and prices.

Pricing Information  
The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services available on the Company's Pages. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of pricing errors. The Company reserves the right not to process or cancel orders for products or services whose price has been incorrectly stated on the Website due to an error, at its sole discretion. In such a case, the Company will notify you by email. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to correct any error in the stated selling price at its sole discretion.

Product and Service Availability  
The Company's Websites may contain information about product availability. This information may be used to estimate the likelihood of an item being shipped immediately after your order. The estimated delivery date to your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after your successful payment. This may vary due to item shortages, inclement weather, your carrier's transit time, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item marked as "in stock" will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels can change significantly daily. On rare occasions, a product or service may be in stock when a customer places an order and out of stock when the Company processes the order. In such a case, the Company will notify you by email. Offers for unavailable services are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you want is no longer available, the item will be canceled from your order. The Company will notify you by email and remove the item from the Company's Pages.

Disclaimers and Additional Specific Obligations  
In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the Website, for products and services purchased through the Website: (a) They may not include manufacturer warranties, even if the respective product or service is available with such a warranty elsewhere; (b) They may not include service or support options; (c) Product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings may not be available in your native language or in the languages of certain destination countries; (d) They may not comply with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your country; and (e) They may not comply with the voltage and other electrical standards of your country (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility to inspect the product to ensure it meets your requirements and can be legally imported into your country, and you accept this.

Taxes  
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed in the country to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, sales or consumption taxes, value-added taxes, or tariffs.
