When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery will arrive within 10 to 20 business days after the shipment date, depending on carrier availability and location. Please understand that delivery delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspections, or if the carrier causes delays in transportation.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer a fixed shipping rate of 4.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destination countries, contact us at service@dotmylife.com.
How can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only possible until 23:00 (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day of the order. You can contact us at service@dotmylife.com to request such changes.
Can I ship to an address different from my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days (except holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We work with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which collaborate with local courier services. This allows us to deliver directly to your home and offer you a single fixed price for shipping.
Part of the products are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped.
